First Hair Cut

Elise's hair has grown out a lot the last few months...so, she had her first "trim". Even though she would have made a cute sheepdog, it wasn't right. So, she got her bangs trimmed so she can a least see now. Not much was taken off - and she didn't move a muscle during the cut!

"Down, Set, Hut, Hut"

I really don't know why they say the above phrase, but when my boys hear that, they drop into a 3 point stance and prepare to tackle. Football season is upon us - so that means we are busy with Spencer and Ethan's practices and games. People say it is too much time - but I have to admit, that I don't mind running them to games and practices (yet) - it's fun to be the "soccer" mom!

They had a scrimmage this past weekend - so here are a couple shots of the action (Ethans' picture is first and Spencer's second)

Over the summer, the boys have been perfecting their true calling in life - climbing walls. Ethan is so proud of his new found talent that he had it listed as "What Makes Him Special" on his Get-to-Know-Ethan page for back-to-school...(again, sorry it's sideways - still working on that)

Ehtan's Birthday

Ethan's birthday was a fun one this year - he had two parties, one with friends and one with family. Both were basketball themes, of course. I didn't want to post any pictures of his friend party because I know that there are a few friends that didn't want to have their pictures on the internet - so here is one of him and his cake. I could post all the pictures of the basketball jerseys he received, but decided not too...(once you have seen one, you've seen them all)
